Terrible customer service. In several cases it took days to respond to an email. The art work was just ok. The revisions that I paid for took forever and were modest at best. I would never use this company again.

I was so disappointed about this product and didn’t think it was worth the money. The only reason I say that is because I bought a product and loved it but this one was not good. I wish I could’ve gotten my money back because I got it remade and it was even worse. Not centered, a lot bigger, didn’t cover the whole piece of paper. So disappointed and wish they would have given me a refund from the start because I wasted 40 dollars on something that wasn’t worth that.

Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Was 2 weeks late. Paid extra for a file that they didn’t send and I had to contact them about. I never received the proof for approval and when I reached out to them they were very rude and dismissive and wouldn’t send it to me. The artwork looks great but the overall experience was terrible.
