I absolutely LOVE the painting itself, but I ordered the larger frame based on the size of the wall I planned to hang it on, but for whatever reason, the painting was significantly smaller than the frame, so I ended up having to buy another frame that fit the size of the painting. I really wish the website would have said that the painting would not fill the larger size frame, so that I would have known and not had to spend even more money on a smaller frame.

I didn’t know the art was just printed on regular printer paper and the glass came slightly scratched, but my mom and I loved it. We lost our dog about a month ago and it has been super hard on us. Although they said they weren’t going to add the collar or flower in her hair because of the increase of holiday orders, I was able to ask for that special touch because she had just passed and it made it so much more special. We have it next to her collar, paw print and ashes. Such a special gift idea.

I really do not take time to review often but I was really impressed with the customer support here. When sent the pictures originally, I saw an imperfection and the fur color was a little bit darker than reality but they jumped right in and offered to recreate.
