I absolutely LOVE the painting itself, but I ordered the larger frame based on the size of the wall I planned to hang it on, but for whatever reason, the painting was significantly smaller than the frame, so I ended up having to buy another frame that fit the size of the painting. I really wish the website would have said that the painting would not fill the larger size frame, so that I would have known and not had to spend even more money on a smaller frame.

Poor communication with this company; the emails regarding my order appear to have been sent from a bot. After paying extra for expedited processing, it still took 13 days for my order to ship. The picture I finally received was not of my dog, but another dog in a birthday hat. Attempted to contact the company for a refund and to return, but they make it impossible to communicate with them. I would not recommend this company for someone looking for a pet portrait. Very disappointed.

Pretty disappointed. Paid good money for a painting and what I got was a AI generated printed piece of paper. The frame was a cheap dollar tree frame. I honestly could’ve made this myself (use an AI APP to generate the pic and bought a nicer frame) and for much less than I paid for here. Feel totally ripped off.

I didn’t know the art was just printed on regular printer paper and the glass came slightly scratched, but my mom and I loved it. We lost our dog about a month ago and it has been super hard on us. Although they said they weren’t going to add the collar or flower in her hair because of the increase of holiday orders, I was able to ask for that special touch because she had just passed and it made it so much more special. We have it next to her collar, paw print and ashes. Such a special gift idea.

Words cannot express this extremely frustrating experience. I placed the order a month and a half ago, and I still have not received the item. Initially, I received a copy that looked nothing like the dog. It was a poor attempt at a clip art variation with features that did not match. I had to go through multiple back and forth emails, including me circling every part of the picture that does not match. Even very obvious features. For example, the dog has very short hair and they provided a picture of a long haired dog. They also misspelled the dog’s name. Clearly it was not even proofed. I was promised a discount before ordering, but never received it. It was purchased as a gift and I had to get the recipient something else. Again, it’s been a month and a half, and I still did not receive the item. At this point, I requested a full refund. I regret all the time and effort I put in sharing revisions only to not receive it. I’m sure there are other companies who provide a similar service. I suggest looking elsewhere.

This site is a scam. Ordered a 8x10 portrait with a frame. A few days later I received an 8x12 EMPTY photo frame in the mail from them that looked like it came from the dollar tree. Reached out and received an email back with a tracking number saying they sent me my package. Do not order from here!
