This is the perfect gift when a friend or loved one’s fur baby passes. I have gotten this several times before and every time, it is the perfect way to commemorate a pet. The one request I have is to somehow give the buyer a chance to write a note to go with it, or communicate better with the buyer about when it is sent out. I think this is meant for the same person who buys it to receive it, but in my case, every time I have sent this to someone, I didn’t know when it was going to arrive or if had even been sent out, and when it arrived, the recipient had no idea who it came from. Thanks!

We had requested an 8x10 white frame and received an 8x12 frame with an attempt at white paint but looking more like a wood color, with scratches. Also our cat has yellow green eyes and is small, and we received a photo of a brown eyed cat and who looks fluffy. In constructive comment, it would be good to validate with the customers if they are satisfied with the product before making the delivery, since it is a beautiful memory of our animals… so it is pleasant when the resemblance is there.
