I ordered this mug and never received it. I did in fact receive the pet portrait that was part of the order. I'm very disappointed. Also the pricing changed a week later after I placed my order and it was half the price. Still waiting to hear from customer service--hope they get it resolved.

Terrible terrible terrible. I ordered my mug on 12/4 to give as a Christmas gift. I was sure it would arrive on time because the website stated that day was the last day they guaranteed it would arrive on time for Christmas. Just to be sure, I paid for expedited shipping. It is currently January 3rd and I still haven't received my mug. Apparently it shipped on Dec 19. I don't know what kind of expedited shipping takes over 14 days. I keep getting emails to rate my mug. I haven't even received it yet. I've reached out to customer service multiple times via email and IG dm. I've barely received a response and when I do it's just "please be patient." Not accommodating at all. Terrible brand.

Sent in some bad quality pictures as my dog Scrumpy has been ill recently. When i got my mug I was honestly emotional at how life like they’d got it to look, and how animated it looked. A great addition to my mug collection! Would 100% recommend!!
