This is the 6th image we've ordered for friends whose pet passed away. While we are ultimately happy with the end product, it was not as smooth as previous orders. We paid for expediting the order, but the order was delayed over a week and did not ship until I contacted the company. They did refund me for the expediting. Overall we're still happy with the work impersonate me provides.

some of the worst service I have ever had. This company is located in Phoenix, Arizona, and I live in phoenix. It took them over two weeks to get the package to me, which makes no sense. The girl who I tried to message kept sending me automated messages for a week. honestly could have been better

I commissioned (as a third picture) a photo of a friend's dog that had passed away. The prior two experiences were excellent, with both pieces of artwork being excellent likenesses. This third commissioned artwork was a very poor likeness, with obvious and substantial defects to proportion and shape to the face, muzzle and nose. I immediately emailed to express my great disappointment. The picture was redone, with a different, but equally unacceptable quality of reproduction. I again wrote to discuss this and was told it would be done a third time. I requested, at that point, that a refund be issued as the time to gift the item had passed. I was told a refund would not be issued as it is a "custom" project, but would be redone and I'd be promptly contacted with a third version. That was May 8th. I have never heard anything since. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge.

Communication from this company is virtually nonexistent. I paid to “skip the line” but my order still took several weeks to arrive. I also paid for digital files which were never sent. When I emailed (several times) responses took weeks and never fully addressed my questions or concerns. There are plenty of other companies out there doing the same exact thing, likely in a more professional manner.

I received the image before Christmas but had paid extra for an electronic copy as well. I emailed the company more than two weeks ago to ask if they could send through the electronic version and aside from an auto response have had no acknowledgement that I paid for something I never received. Right now I’d be happy to just get either a refund for the electronic image I paid for or the image to be sent directly to me. I know it’s a busy time over Christmas but I do think the customer service I have been provided has been terrible.

Hi! The picture of my greyhound Wanda was a present for my parents and they love it! You can tell it is an illustration of her and it does look nice. However, because she's a black dog, it was difficult to see her features and her snout and it was more like a silhouette of her. I understand it's difficult because of her colour, but I was just a little disappointed with the fact that you couldn't see any of the definition in her face, which does appear in the photo I sent you.

The photo I received was drawn beautifully. However the one thing I did not like was that there was way too much white space compared to the size of the dog. If I were to ever get another photo done I would request not to have a big amount of open space. Still very nice work though.

I wrote this company within three hours of placing my online order, asking to cancel. They had not, at that point, assigned, produced or shipped anything. After ignoring multiple emails from me, they refused to reverse the order and refund my money. Now, they want me to review a product I have not received - either by digital file or shipping. This is completely unacceptable.
This company gets 0 stars from me. I still want and deserve a refund.
